I recently came across, on r/mylittlepony, a video showing someone wearing a Spike costume doing show jumping on a horse disguised as Twilight Sparkle.
This is the result of my search on the context (and how I came to that conclusion)

Origin of the video
The earliest source I came across is the @my_little_pony.51 account. The first video (Twilight Sparkle, which had a lot of views) was posted on the 2nd January 2025 (only a few days after the filming), and the second video (Rainbow Dash, fewer views) was posted on the 18th May 2025.
Whether this is an original content from the author or not is uncertain, but I believe they are not. I suspect that the original may have been posted on some chinese social network, which require log‑in to access (which I wasn’t willing to provide).
The venue
This appear to be the 东莞金伯乐马术学府, Kimberley Equestrian School (also referred to as Guangdong - Camelot by the FEI), somehow related/adjacent/part of the Camelot Riding Resort & Country Club (金伯樂馬術學府).
The venue and course are at around 22.807383, 113.759850 (GPS coordinates), in the city of Chang'an, Dongguan.
The event
This cosplay competition is part of the “26th jumping Camelot” event that ran on the 28‑29 december 2024, itself part of a larger event that ran from probably the 22 december to the 29 december.
In particular, this is from the "80cm Cosplay show Jumping" competition (80cm referring to the max height of the obstacle), that happened on the 28 december 2024.
The results of the competition are published by the Chinese Equestrian Association.
This Baidu Baike article, a Chinese‑language Wiki, quoting This sina.com article, says that (machine‑translated): "Meituan delivery riders, Santa Claus, the God of Gamblers, little fairies, Harry Potter, Eggy Party, Ponyville, foxes, rabbits, fish, turtles and all sorts of other costumes appeared at the arena, forming a splendid sight on the competition grounds"
And also, that looks interesting, even if not directly related (still from Baidu Baike): “During the competition, a rich and colorful ‘Bole Carnival’ (伯乐嘉年华) will be staged, featuring not only equestrian culture displays but also fun interactive experiences, creating a relaxed, festive atmosphere for spectators and equestrian enthusiasts on site”

The “Ponyville” team
Ranked 12th of the 19 teams, composed of 3 rider‑horse pairs. I found no trace of whom the third pair might have disguised as.
If you look at the videos, you can see they have a number on a bib. This allow correlating each pair with with the result document.
